  • Emergency Preparedness: Handle emergencies, coordinate evacuations, and follow protocols.

Community Building and Engagement

  • Weekly Update: Provide weekly updates regarding the building to all residents.

  • Resident Events: Organize meet-and-greets, cultural nights, and wellness programs quarterly.

  • Recognition Program: Acknowledge residents who actively contribute to the community.

Resident Support & Convenience

  • Package Management: Receive, store, and deliver at residents' units.

  • Errands & Local Pick-Ups: Offer grocery, prescription, and local store pick-up services (in Prata Riverside Village), especially for elderly/disabled residents.

  • Mobility Support: Assist with packages and provide support for residents with mobility needs.

  • Dog Walking Services: Provide dog walking services and assistance with pet care (upon request/fee applies).

Health and Wellness

  • Scheduled Check-Ins: Regular wellness checks for elderly or at-risk residents.

Waste and Sustainability

  • Scheduled Garbage Collection: Collect wet garbage from doorsteps between 8-10 p.m. daily.

  • Glass Collection: Collect glass trash in accordance with Lisbon regulations, ensuring compliance and proper recycling.

  • Sustainability Education: Host quarterly workshops on sustainable living and eco-friendly practices.
