Resident Support & Convenience
Package Management: Receive, store, and deliver at residents' units.
Errands & Local Pick-Ups: Offer grocery, prescription, and local store pick-up services (in Prata Riverside Village), especially for elderly/disabled residents.
Mobility Support: Assist with packages and provide support for residents with mobility needs.
Dog Walking Services: Provide dog walking services and assistance with pet care (upon request/fee applies).
Health and Wellness
Scheduled Check-Ins: Regular wellness checks for elderly or at-risk residents.
Waste and Sustainability
Scheduled Garbage Collection: Collect wet garbage from doorsteps between 8-10 p.m. daily.
Glass Collection: Collect glass trash in accordance with Lisbon regulations, ensuring compliance and proper recycling.
Sustainability Education: Host quarterly workshops on sustainable living and eco-friendly practices.
